I have already installed visual studio 2010 in my PC.But after formatting my pc, when tried to reinstall it, it gives me error : Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate - ENU failed to install.Please help me to get out of this.

I'm going to use window 8, 32 bit, core i3
